职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Market intelligence, identification of tolling / sourcing partners
Identify and evaluate suitable co-operation partners (suppliers, tollers, strategic partners) and provide detailed information regarding product portfolio, capacities, specifications, quotations, financial stability, company vision and strategy, management, EHS and QA standards, etc (company profiles).
Provide information about the generic landscape.
2. Project implementation
Assess technical implementation plan, production and safety concept of tollers
Moderate and lead technical discussions with supplier / toller
Drive implementation plan to meet delivery schedule, specification, COG targets, EHS/QA requirements
Close communication and coordination with global units (APT/T, APT/S)
Co-operate with APT/TS chemistry team in bigger projects. Focus on engineering design, production and safety concept of the tollers.
3. Routine operation
Coordinate and manage routine operations at suppliers / tollers to guarantee sustainable supply in terms of timely delivery, quality, costs, and EHS compliance.
Set targets with tollers for process improvements to reduce raw material and variable manufacturing costs.
Reconciliations of production campaigns.
Troubleshooting
4. EHS/Responsible Care
Guide and train suppliers and tollers with respect to EHS and responsible care to ensure they meet BASF requirements in these area.
5. Contract, commercial terms
Negotiate supply and toll manufacturing agreements with partners
6. Act as focal point for all technical related and commercial aspects for supplier and BASF
units:
Global AP units [especially technology (APT/T), sourcing and supply chain community (APT/S), Agro BV, marketing], global and regional QA and RC / EHS team (GU/BR), purchasing (GR) department, legal department, etc
