职位描述：
As an Accountant– Intercompany Accountant, within Global Finance Operations China, you will reporting to P2P/O2C function head which centralized in Shanghai office, and also work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders from different functions and departments at the local plants or Sales Company.

Key responsibilities
? Handle the accounting postings for intercompany transactions, ensure all intercompany accounts are recorded timely and accurately.
? Send intercompany charge statements during closing, track with related parties if any imbalance, make necessary entries.
? Reconcile intercompany accounts of payables and receivables from both selling and buying parties,
? Clear related accounts timely, take action for long-aged items, ensure the healthy status for the accounts’ balance.
? Inform tax team to issue VAT invoice for AR charge, track with AP/AR team to ensure intercompany accounts are timely cleared when receive or pay the charge.
? Pro-actively participate, lead and co-ordinate accounting matters in projects relating to intercompany charge issues.
? Maintain master data in SAP system for intercompany charge.
? Take actions to internal or external auditors and ad hoc requirements from supervisor and managers.

Desired qualifications
? University degree in finance or equivalent
? 3-5 years relevant work experience within Finance, or related work
? Experience of Intercompany charge or equivalent
? Excellent knowledge of assigned finance processes and policies and full ability of applying these in the daily work
? Good system understanding and efficient data handling, preferably experience from SAP/ERP
? Good leadership experience preferred and ability to coach and supervise less experienced co-workers
? Fluent in English and Chinese, orally and written 举报 分享
