职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical related services as required in fast, efficient manner.
2. Transformation of information regarding market needs to the benefit of the business
3. Help to grow/maintain operative PolyTHF business as main contact partner for technical customer requests
4. Support PolyTHF related research activities based on customer needs, market potentials (product mgm) and in alignment with new business development
5. Close cooperation and communication with technical colleague, production sites, research centres and lab for value based customer solutions
6. Develop and operate technical marketing activities for PolyTHF based on value targets (internal and external presentations, value based technical concept, tailor technical service modules, competition analysis) in alignment with product management
7. Joint customer visits and align technical service activities with customer strategy (product management), co-ordinating all available resources to be fully utilized in the most beneficial way
8. Monitor the quality of our product, benchmarking and keeping up with the latest development in the industry
9. Keep updated customers profile and visit reports
10. Provide samples for analysis
11. Prepare presentations for customers and symposiums
12. Support sales promotion, advertising, and customer events together with sales&marketing force
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Master of Science or above, chemical engineer or Textile background would be a plus
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of working
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Experience at spandex production plant, especially in spinning and polymerization. Additional experience in TPU or CPU will be plus.
