Job Descriptions:
a. Provide month-closing reporting guidance to and supervise closing activities of China Rep offices, ensure all required financial reports are prepared accurately and delivered before group required deadlines
b. Maintain appropriate level of internal controls across Halma China Rep offices, make sure full compliance of company policies and procedures
c. Interface with Shanghai FESCO on general employee matters (payroll excluded)
d. Prepare/check quarterly & annual local statuary tax filing reports, coordinate annual audit of all Halma China Offices
e. Support Halma internal auditing process, eliminate risks areas by pushing corrective actions in place wherever control risks are identified
f. Manage Halma China Rep office annual inspection & timely renewal of business/tax certificates
g. Evaluate existing ERP system and facilitate development of its reporting functions
h. Provide finance support/help upon special requirement to subsidiary companies
i. Conduct internal training to Halma rep office accounting & admin stuff (or across departments while needed) to make continuous improvement of team quality
j. Be back-up of finance director while she is absent on work due to travel or vacation

Requirements:
1. University degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is plus
2. Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) or equivalent professional certificate holder
3. Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS, 10+ years relevant accounting and management experience, past experience covering whole accounting processes and preparation in person of management reporting packages preferred
4. Having can-do attitude while facing challenges or pushing corrective actions
5. Good communication skill, adaptable to dynamic business environment
6. Good command of ERP system such as Kingdee, past experience on ERP system implementation preferred, excel at MS office Excel, Powerpoint etc.
7. Responsible, Self-driven, detailed-oriented, focusing, time controller
8. Fluent in English
