Main Responsibilities主要职责:
- Overall program timing control and deliver all program milestones on time.
- Organize regular and irregular cross function, cross rejoin and management report meetings to push program move forward and get management support.
- Program milestonedeliverables assessment and management.
- Program milestone material preparation and review coordination.
- Coordinate, follow up and drive program key issues resolution.
- Routine communication and coordination with parent company related department.
- Support cost reduction activities to achieve cost objective. Support post Job1 cost improvement.
- Model year,freshening activities management.
Main Requirements 主要要求：
- Engineering Bachelor Degree and above（Mechanical）
- 6 years above automotive working experience and 3 years above program management working experience in a foreign company or JV.
- Master foreign company vehicle product developmentsystem process. Have one new model launch experience at least.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills and leadership behaviour.
- The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives
