Objective of job:

Guarantee the development of Electrical/Electronics component of the project according to quality, time and cost objectives and ensure compliance with technical requirements

1. Supports PR with vehicle-line specific activity.

2.Generate P.N for EE component and release in Codep system ,component release coordination for specific model requirements.

3. Release 2D drawing and 3D data of EE component in system

4. Manage change management (Documentation, cost & timing, implementation) for EE component.

5. Lead and coordinate technical issue resolution with support of the DR (e.g., e-CIMS, Fast Feedback, SAQ issues, etc.).

6. Technical specification lead to support sourcing.

7. Manages all product cards, support timing of the program, and provides the interface to procurement.

8. Lead Component Cost, Weight, & Investment (CWI) activities for vehicle model.

9. Prototype parts supply (Documentation, cost & timing, implementation).

10. Lead build coordination.

11. Represents Engineering for problem solving at assembly plant(s).

12. Responsible for compliance reports.

13. Compliance & certification completion responsibility.

14. Supplier readiness.

Experience & Education:

1)BS or MS in Electronics, Automatic control

2)3+ years of professional experience in program manage in famous Tier one supplier

3)Familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process (APQP, V process, TS16949 etc.);

4)Experience in Electrical component development (passive start, BCM,Cluster,HAVC...) is preferred

Skills

-General Skills:

1. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English;

2. Professional in MS office and related project management tools; understand Quality process

-Functionality Skills & Technical Skills:

1)Be familiar with Automotive electrical component development process (APQP)

2)Some knowledge in Analog (monolithic and discrete linear amplifiers, switching power supplier, filters, etc.), digital hardware design (DSP, microcontrollers, flash memory, DRAM, FPGA, EMC/EMI, etc.) and audio/video circuits

3) Some knowledge with Vehicle E/E architecture and in vehicle network is preferred

-Management & Leadership Skills:

1.Willing to travel frequently

2.Excellent leadership and management skill. Must be able to harmonize and coordinate issues across different function disciplines and different sites with timely manner. Take initiative tofind out problems and coordinate to figure out problems. Strong independent management capability;
