REQUIREMENTS

1. at least 2 years working experience in CS Department
2. good oral and writing English
3. quick learning
4. can work under pressure

JOB EXPECTATIONS

4.Able to work independently with minimal supervision

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Track & ensure smooth processing of Sales Order, from moment it is taken by Marketing Executives / Sales Engineer to the time order is delivered, through proper & timely co-ordination with Shipping,

Production & Technology Department

2.Co-ordinate with Production, Technology, Warehouse & Shipping Department on customer needs,

with required information from customer

3.Ensure entire sales documents tally with actual requirements of customers, as advised by Marketing Executives / Sales Engineer & / or against Fax communications, Purchase Orders, Indents, which is confirmed by Marketing Department

4.Co-ordinate back-to-back orders

5.Sample arrangement - Must be timely

6.For those handling tolling business -Ensure proper system is in place at all time

and close working with the said partner.
