Background: The search of HR professional with high calibre to join an emerging international furniture brand that stands for arenaissance of refined culture and Asian aesthetics. Functional Responsibilities:
1. To be in charge of the entire HR function and manage its day to day routine tasks
2. Work closely with the Corporate Planning Director to design, implement and monitor the HR policies and SOPs
(this includes the organizing and improving of the HR function's efficiency and effectiveness
3. Experience with all HR related issues and able to handle independently and provide foreseeable opinion and suggestion to top (such as KPI system, staff promotion, and arbitration. Etc.)
4. Work closely with all Department Heads to provide various training programs to enhance the work skills and build up team spirit
5. Conduct interview with candidates and making assessment and evaluation (with candidates at managerial positions including manager
6. Prepare the annual HR headcount and salary budget under the direction of Corporate Planning Director
7. Participate, assist the organizing of annual dinner, Christmas parties) and other team building events
Managerial Responsibilities:
1. Supervising the existing HR staff to improve professional knowledge and technique ability
2. Assist and liaise other departments with HR related issues, such as staff retention, grievance and annual promotion
3. Create a communication channel that the employees can freely exchange their personal thoughts, ideas and suggestions (not just aboutcompany's future development and improvement but also issues related to their work and performance)
4. Bring ideas and suggestions on future improvement for the HR function
5. Participate and provide valuable opinion with other departments as how to set up the right and efficient Department Structure.
Skills & Personality Requirements:
University graduates in the HR field work for 7 - 10 years, with at least 3 -4 years of managerial experience ideally with 2-3 subordinates
1. Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and verbal communication
2. Relatively good excel and PPT skill
Personal Requirement:
1. Ability to adapt a rapid changing and growing environment, able to work independently and quick to react
2. Good communication skill is a MUST to succeed this role (with potential for further promotion)
3. Hardworking with good nature and appearance
4. Problem solving skills with a calm, and patient approach
