Job Description:

-Coordination of complex development tasks
 *Take holistic care of new part, sub components, assemblies and systems with a wide number of new function, interfaces and relationships within the context of a development order
  *Check the feasibility of new technologies and bring them into usage
  *Define, align and adjust the requirements of assemblies and transmission systems
  *Ensure that within the development the components are available in a timely, functional and cost-effective manner, fulfilling the requirements of a proper installation.
  *Check the progress of the development
  *Make and align measures and proposals to achieve the targets of the development
  *Check and evaluate the steps of the development
  *Check and align timing schedules, cost plans and capacity plans
  *Support the purchasing department during the supplier selection and contract negotiation

-Coordinating and performing of tests
    *Prepare the assemblies and systems for testing
   *Design, let produce an let assemble equipment/fixtures required for testing
   *Let test new equipments/fixtures required for testing
   *To establish new operational regulation
   *Interpret test results and check the technical feasibility


-Performing of development tasks
  *Design assemblies and systems containing a lot of interactions between single components or sub assemblies, high amount of different interfaces and new technologies used
  *Consider the requirements from function, cost, weight and installation point of view
  *Assess design drafts, drawings
  *Let create documentation
  *Assess and to align design proposals
  *Provide help during the creation of book of requirements

- Guidance of co-worker
  *Define and align single task within the context of the target frame for the developments
  *Check and discuss work results
  *Support co-workers during the improvements of the processes

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above at engineer
2. More than 5 years work experience in transmission
3. Detail knowledge of all testing methodologies and processes
4. Good overview of technical developments and trends in the market
5. Operations mindset (ie. "keep the machine running")
