1、接听公司总机电话；
2、收发公司往来信件、快递；
3、结算每月信件、快递费用；
5、预订办公用品、会议室的安排；
7、其他行政部门相关事宜；

要求
-- 大专以上学历；
-- 毕业实习或应届生匀可。
-- 较强的独立工作能力、领悟能力、沟通协调能力及语言表达能力；
