职位描述：
Job Responsibility

1. To manage the engineers to review and analyze the helpdesk issues to classify the root cause and given the recommend to management for improve the helpdesk services.
2. To analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network and servers. Perform network and server maintenance and security to ensure operate correctly with minimal interruption. To assist establish network and server policy and documents.
3. Outsourcing Management – to assist for manage service provider to provide professional service to ensure the stabilities of system services and negotiation on the price and contract terms
4. Investigate new technologies and given suggests, direction and guidance for improvement.
5. Train users in procedures related to network applications software or related systems

Job Requirement
1. 2 years or above related experience in Help desk services and Network & System session.
2. Bachelor or above in computer subjects or related discipline
3. Good communication skills
4. Fluent in English reading and writing
5. Experience on programming is preferable
6. Knowledge on Linux or Unix is preferable
7. Knowledge on ERP is preferable 举报 分享
