Job Objective:
1. Provide unified communication service for DBS Bank.
2. Manage third party vendor (e.g. Telcon & Voice) to meet our SLA.
3. Setup and maintain unified communication service aligned with group standard.
Roles and Responsibilitie:
1. Manage the IT service delivery with service provider and vendor management. Ensuring that Voice infrastructure services meet service level agreements.
2. Provide highly skilled technical assistance in IPT Voice planning, engineering and architecture
3. Provide implementation and technology reviews for the IPT voice team
4. Develop technical standards and documentation, identify and evaluate new products and provide resolution for Voice problems
5. Support Avaya, and Cisco full scale enterprise Voice solution by engineering and implementing standards as needed
6. Identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance.
7. Evaluates and identifies opportunities for voice performance and functionality improvements.
8. Diagnose and resolve the IPT problem in a timely fashion.
9. Manage and Handle voice related Change Management and ensure all change are under standard procedure and controlling
10. Work with other regional function teams for voice regional policy, architecture, standard deployment
11. Manage in small to large scale, complex IT projects that meet business units overall objectives 12. Support DBS China business growth in IT areas such as voice system deployment, branch network and branch opening
13. Capacity Planning - ongoing reviews of capacity plan for voice system
14. Strong technical knowledge of recording system (NICE & Verint)
Deliverables:
1. Ensure timely escalation to support and timely notification to management in the event of an incident and proactively involved in the incident to resolve timely.
2. Assist in workaround identification and resolution of major incident if needed
3. Maintain quality service of UC and avoid potential risk and audit issue.
Education and Relevant Experience:
1. A good university degree, and preferably in relevant field of study; with majors in IT
2. Over 5 years relevant working experience with Avaya platforms (Avaya CM, AES, AEP, MM, CMS and BCMS) in Banking IT. Good knowledge of banking business and technology.
3. Experience (minimally 3 years) in providing IT infrastructure support areas covering network, voice, firewall, PABX and vendor management.
4. Experience in working in a local or foreign bank will be preferred.
Technical Competencies:
1. Experience with NICE Voice Recording platforms (NICE NP and NIM) and Cisco Video Conferencing Infrastructure (Cisco Tandberg VC endpoints and MCU)
2. Good understanding of principles and processes of ITIL processes and discipline and adopting best practices into the current environment
3. Good incident and problem management skills
