Role

• Responsible for supporting or handling sustain activities for HR management systems
• Provided administrative and rollout support to HR system deployment activities
• Support supervisors' work as assigned.

Accountabilities

• System Sustainment

1. Assist or handle system parameters or configuration changes based on user change requests
2. Serve as HRMS helpdesk, provide Tier 2 support to handle or assist to resolve users' enquires or issues. Diagnose users' feedback and concern for system enhancement.
3. Manage or support user communication, training activities and the development of knowledge base to enhance users' capability to use systems.
4. Provide operational and administrative support, or manage system upgrades activities, this includes, system testing, documentation updates, communications, user training etc.

• System Deployment

1. Support systems rollout, enhancement and other project activities. This includes documentation management, requirements collection, consolidation, diagnosis and verifications, user communications, testing, cut-over activities etc.
2. Provide suggestions and initiatives for continuous improvement and development of systems and technology solutions for HR functions.

• Others

1. Handle regular and ad hoc reports as needed.
2. Support supervisors' work on related HR activities.

Requirements

• A degree preferably in Business or Computer Science
• At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably related to system operations or data management work
• Detail oriented, logical thinking, good in communication
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Have a friendly, helpful, patient, and approachable personality
• Enjoy dealing with people as well as systems and numbers
