Role


  • Manage or support the planning, development, deployment and sustainment of HR related systems and technology solutions for HR function across various organizations in the Region for the development of HR organization capability, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work as a system administrator on system backend maintenance and provide ongoing guidance, training and support to other users on HR systems'operations.
  • Provide required support to supervisors'work.



Major Responsibilities

  • Work with other team members, users/internal customers, BIS to manage and support the planning, development, deployment and sustainment of HR related systems and technology solutions for HR function across various organizations in the Region for the development of HR organization capability, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as assistant project manager in major activities
  • Manage deployment activities or mini-project independently (e.g. system upgrade, rollout groups)
  • Manage systems' change requests. This includes process management, clarification and diagnosis of request and development of solution with various parties.
  • Work as a system administrator to manage or support HR systems' administration work to ensure efficient and effective operations for users and the fulfillment of control and governance.
  • Provide active and quality input to pre-empt or develop solutions for issues.
  • Plan, develop and execute high quality and effective user communications and interface to deliver or obtain required information.
  • Conduct and support training activities, develop required materials, provide operational guidance and trouble shooting, technical issue analysis and tracking with BIS and vendor.
  • Develop and drive the usage of data, information and system/technology capability for the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations as well as related business analytics, reports, metrics and KPI.
  • Pro-active in continuous improvement and development of systems and technology solutions for HR.
  • Effectively lead and collaborate with other team members and support supervisors'work on related HR activities.


Requirements

  • A degree preferably in Business or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years' working experience, preferably related to HR systems implementation work; familiar with HR operations and processes.
  • Good experience and capability with implementing large scale HR technology projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross-functional project teams. Big MNC project experience preferred. Working experience in organizations with mature HR system environment preferred.
  • Preferably with SAP HR experience and a good level of proficiency
  • Process good capability in system solution development, technical background is an advantage.
  • Good written, verbal, analytical and communications skills. Good comprehension in written English.
  • Strong attention to details, meticulous, organized and discipline.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
  • A team player, have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
  • Strong interest to develop career as a HR system professional.
