Job Responsibilities:

-System coding based on requirements raised

负责按事先商定的质量进度要求完成系统的编码工作

-Develop the Discuz according to the requriment.

负责根据运营需要，对Discuz!产品进行开发

-Familiarity developing news aggregation portals, discussion forums and social media functions on websites.

对新闻门户，讨论区，和社交应用功能有一定了解。

-Develop and maintain the general plug and the function of product

开发和维护Discuz!通用性的插件、模板和运营型产品功能。

-Take initiatives to identify problems and research on effective solutions

主动提出工作中的问题并给出自己的建议

Requirements:

-College graduate or above, with degree in IT related field

大学专科及以上，计算机专业

-A good foundation of computer languages, a good command of PHP development

有良好的计算机语言基础，熟练掌握PHP程序开发

-Experience in DIV+CSS,be able to modify based on discus and familiar with the rules of discuz

有一定的DIV+CSS的编码经验，能够在Discuz!模板基础上进行修改，熟悉Discuz!模板机制和有制作经验者优先

-A good team player with dedication, creativity and ability to work independently

具有团队精神和敬业精神，具有良好的创新能力和独立解决问题的能力

-Experience in MYSQL SEO, checking ,saving, PHP caching technology and Static design, have the best developing opinion and undertake the heaviest page view

具有MySQL索引优化、查询优化和存储优化经验、PHP缓存技术、静态化设计方面的经验，要求随时随地贯彻最优化开发的思想，所负责的项目须能承担繁重的访问压力
