职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Drive Discount Control
- Work with Market Manager to provide support and guidance where overspends have been identified and recommend corrective action in order to ensure brand profit is in line with budget requirement.
- Verify the supporting documents of Discount Calculation completely in the Salesforce system and align with the company policy
- Collect original sales contracts and hand to Finance on time
- Work together with other departments to assist Market Manager to cascade down and communicate the company policy and information (eg. New process, new policy, new format etc.)
2.Compliance Check on Sponsored Outlet Contract Provide regular report to National Sales Director and Market Manager with random outlet check
3.Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Based on the regional sales strategy, provide regular sales reporting & analysis to support regional sales performance in line with budget and positive growth
- Recommend area of process/system continuous improvements Sales Force Engagement
- Ensure all sales teams have access to systems and training to achieve compliance and effective use of above.
- Ensure that customer data base details are accurate and up to date by liaising with sales team on any changes
4.Asset Management ?Commercial management of internal processes
- Report back to Finance Director on budget/usage at regular intervals Provide constructive recommendation to promote cost saving and customer / channel profitability
5.Undertake special projects as required
Job Requirements:
1. University degree/above in business, finance or a related discipline
2. 5-year above work experience in a business analysis or decision support role in spirits or Consumer Goods industry and multinational company
3. Intermediate to advanced skills in data base interrogation, i.e. Excel application ?Excellent analytical skills and data sense
