岗位职责：

1、按业务员要求合理安排订单跟踪，打样开发等相关工作；

2、与其它单位或部门沟通时，要按书面或邮件等形式工作留档；

3、督促、监督本部门相关的数据的及时收集统计；

4、协助妥善管理保存样品开发，工厂验收，产品检测相关的文件资料；

5、工作中的突发情况及时联络汇报沟通。出现不可纠正偏差时要积极协调相关部门计划变更；

6、完成业务员交办的各项事务。

任职要求：

1、有1年以上相关工作经验

2、擅于沟通

3、办公软件熟练

4、有一定英语基础，口语流利

5、外贸专业优先
