职位描述：
- Ensure compliant accounting process based on both local GAAP and ASSA ABLOY group policy;
- Deliver the monthly management report to local management team and headquarter with value added analysis and financial advice;
- Partner with GM and other functional leaders to drive operation KPIs through monthly performance review, quarterly forecast and annual budget process;
- Responsible for cash flow management. Continuously improve credit control/collection process to minimize receivable risks;
- Enhance ERP financial module with fully integrated other ASSA ABLOY seamless flow platform (e.g. vendor portal, inter-company billing system). Work with operation team to drive inventory reduction and inventory accuracy;
- Improve the credit approval process and manage the project collection risks;
- Help to well communicate the external parties and gain beneficiary tax policies;
- To improve team build-up and quality improvement of financial team;
- Helps direct superior to communicate with all related functions.


Job Experience, & Qualifications:

- University education, preferred with accounting/economic related as major;
- At least 5 years of relevant management working experience in a foreign invested company;
- Fluent English communication proficiency;
- Be familiar with office computer operation (Excel, Access, etc.) and ERP experience
- CPA or ACCA preferred;
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills to make changes;
- Hands on, down to earth and have can-do attitude. 举报 分享
