We are looking for a Cashier :

Profile 简介:

- Finance background, university/college major with accounting ,2-3 years above working experience in the same position.
财务专业毕业，2-3年相同岗位工作经验。

- A good knowledge of English is required, can speak and write English.
良好的英文口语和书写能力。

- Skillful use computer software and other ERP software（Just like Microsoft office, Kingdee, UFIDA,etc.）
熟练使用各种办公软件（如office，金蝶，用友等）

Mission 工作职责:
- Responsibility for the company’s daily cash administrating issue, payment and receiving via bank.Keeping the cash and receipts and cheques and other financial documents/bills.
负责公司日常现金管理，付款，银行收款。保管现金，收据，支票等财务凭证。

- Booking one by one the cashes (flow in and out), and bank deposits. Checking each day, and should be right with books.
登记银行及现金存款日记账，确保账实相符。

- Follow the customer payments.
跟踪客户付款。

- Responsible for the staff expenses re-payment, check the invoice and and follow up the advance for staffs.
负责员工费用报销及预借款的管理。

- Communicate with the bank and manager the Bank accounts (EURO and RMB)
保持与银行沟通，管理公司各银行账户（欧元和人民币）。

- Base on the company procedure, do some necessary job in ERP system.
按照公司流程在ERP系统中做必要的工作。

- Official VAT invoice management, issue the invoice for the customers.
