职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、 担任基础英语课程的教学工作；

2、 参加教学研究和教学培训，协助主教编写完善教案、制作教具；

3、 能配合外教、中教主教，完成课程的准备和课中、课后的其它工作；

4、 能主动与家长沟通，交流孩子英语学习情况并做好记录，做好学员维护工作；

5、 各类英语组、中心活动的参与，协助英语招生。

任职要求：

1、 具有亲和力及较强的沟通能力，富有爱心、耐心、责任心以及良好的师德风范；

2、 热爱幼教事业，性格活泼，能唱会跳，有一定的表演能力；

3、 身体健康，吃苦耐劳，良好的团队合作精神；

4、 发音佳，英语口语流利，大学英语六级或专业英语四级以上优先；

5、 有英语教师资格证书优先。

6、 英语专业或幼教专业应届毕业生。
