岗位职责： 

1、负责机械设备的售后服务工作，完成机械设备的安装调试； 

2、负责为客户及销售人员提供相关产品的技术支持及售后服务； 

3、协助、协调机械设备的维修工作，有效帮助客户解决产品安装和使用过程中出现的故障或问题； 

4、及时将客户反馈的信息提交给公司，为产品的技术更新做备案； 

5、对客户设备的操作人员进行相关维护和操作方面的培训； 

6、做好售后服务，建立售后服务档案，并编写相应工作记录。 

  

任职要求： 

1、机械、电子相关专业大专以上学历； 

2、能看懂机械图纸，动手能力强； 

3、具有机械产品售后服务经验者或适应长期出差者优先； 

4、具有较强的服务意识，工作积极热情，勤奋敬业，做事细心认真； 

5、为人正直，能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

6、具有电工证的优先录取。
