? Business Development 拓展公司业务
? Stay in touch with all contacts/buyers 维护客户关系，与客户保持良好的沟通
? Presenting Artist/Manager with firm offer 给（欧美）艺人／经纪人报价
? Routing Tours 设计巡演路线
? Creating contract from Agency to Promoter 起草经纪公司与主办方合同
? Listing out all points of agreement between Promoter & Agency 熟悉每个合同的要点
? Confirm correct deposit amounts are received via bank wire from Promoters 确认公司及时受到客户收到的定金
? Have all promotional and visa material on hand 收集并管理艺人所有的签证资料以及宣传资料
? Hand-off with Tour Coordinator and Road Manager to confirm details and advance for show 需要把所有巡演细节交给巡演经理，巡演专员
? Handling requests for talent including receiving calls, online requests as well as email requests需要通过电话，网络，邮件等途径回复客户有关邀请艺人的要求
? Pre-qualifies talent to be submitted based on client’s needs and requests根据客户的要求来筛选合适的艺人
? Negotiates talent rates 需要和客户协商艺人费用

? Proficient in Chinese and English 中英文说写流利
? Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people including clients, talent and vendors 能够与客户，艺人和供应商等流利的口头，书面交流
