Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Analyse customer’s demands and expectations to find best possibly technical and economic solutions.

2. Manage the team ensure to achieve the best outcome.
3. Ensure accuracy of all quotes in alignment with market price.
4. Define necessary resources during different phases of the project.
5. Make clear project planning with all involved participants.
6. Anticipate risks which could happen during the project execution.
7. Be proactive and engaged together with customer to get project succeeds.
8. Draw up the project according to the specifications defined and validated by the customer.
9. Supervise and coordinate the project team which is under his/her functional responsibility also other participants in the project (suppliers…etc.)
10. Organize and lead project meetings with different participants to make decisions and resource allocations considering different constraints (technical, quality, economic, legal…etc.)

11. Ensure proactive and constructive dialogue is maintained with other key areas of the business such as; finance, logistics, manufacturing, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Must have a high level of technical ability and commercial skills.
3. Must be able to interact at a senior level internally as well as external.
4. Fluent English on the negotiation level, at least 8 years working experience in shop fixtures.

5. Experience of working with large amount of local suppliers.

6. Strong sense of business development.
