工作要求：

？ 协助团队进行抗体开发。
？ 负责鼠单抗的生产工作。
？ 按时按质完成公司安排的工作任务。
？ 对公司生产工艺的建议与改进。
？ 完成检测结果的分析和相关工作的记录。
？ 及时与相关人员沟通协调，及时处理工作中出现的问题。
？ 遵守实验室的规章制度，保持实验室整洁有序。
？ 完成部门安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

？ 大专及其以上学历，生物学相关专业。
？ 1 - 2年以上工作经验，有抗体制备经验者优先。
？ 具有较好的学习能力，基本的英语读写能力，能熟练使用常用的办公软件。
