岗位职责：
1）、负责公司企业文化打造，制度化、法制化管理环境建设；
2）、负责公司管理制度及流程的编制与管理；
3）、负责公司各项管理表单的设计与完善；
4）、负责公司各项重大合同、项目的立项、评审、及过程、结果跟踪；
5）、负责公司各项改善项目的分析、评估、流程再造、优化落实工作；
6）、总经理交办的其他工作。
 
岗位要求：
1）、大专以上学历，管理岗位5年以上工作经验；
2）、思维清晰严密、逻辑性强、编制过完整的制度流程文件；
3）、男女不限，40岁以下；
4)、有企管办或企业管理经验。
