职位描述：
1.Job Summary/Position Purpose

To finish purchasing task allocated, ensure delivery in time and cost reduction

2. Major Responsibilities

- supplier sourcing

- technical clarification and liaison between the supplier and production

- quotation collection

- price evaluation

- communication with finance for the obtaining of assets number before order preparation

- order releasing

- quality problems shooting

- paper transfer with the commercial department

- supplier management

- the other jobs assigned

3. Education, Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or related Mechanical Engineering;

Minimum 3+ year in Purchasing and Sourcing related position. In manufacturing factory is a plus;

Working experiences and good command of SAP is a must,

Good English in reading, writing and can communicate in an English language environment,

Strong and tough negotiation in price and cost cutting

Quality and price target oriented, be able to think strategically and operationally

Cooperative spirit and able to work under pressure;

Responsible and professional working attitude;

High sense of responsibility, coordination, strong ability of planning, execution and negotiation, honesty and integrity;
