ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB:
1.Apply CSR program in China
Health and safety management program
Marketing presentation on CSR
Reporting analysis
2.Assistance to Companies
Progress review on CSR action plan
Participation to the executive committee dealing with that topic
At the request of companies: help to answer CSR questionnaires
Invited once a year at the Chinese Steering Committee
3.Prospective actions
Stakeholder's relationships: visit of important suppliers, of strategic clients involved in CSR (Baosteel)
Watch on strategic moves of Chinese Government on environmental issues / on energy issues
Participation to CSR summit / Part of the CSR network in China (Agrion,...)
4.Feedback to the CSR department
Main CSR issues in China
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must
1. Requested competencies:
Ability to network with internal and external organizations
Ability to assert herself/ himself
Animation of meetings in both English and Chinese
2.Attached to the Director of China
In close relationship with Chinese companies `Managing Directors, as well as with Mother Companies
Coordinated by the Head of CSR in France
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must
Chinese and English speaker & writer
Consulting background / change management / CSR management
