Responsibilities

-
Responsible for managing script
integrations into the regression environment working with multiple development

-
Improve and extend internal
test frameworks and automated tests

-
Develop clear, complete &
portable automation plan which effectively minimize manual testing and lead to
more effective coverage

-
Identify and adopt new testing
methodologies, best practices, and tools from appropriate sources, to improve
test coverage

-
Develop and execute
manual/automated test cases, analyzing test result, debug test issues, write
test report and result analysis

Requirements

-
4+ years of experience in
automation script design & development of testing

-
Solid knowledge of Tcl/Tk, familiar
with C#/shell/PERL scripting

-
Experience in the Linux
environment

-
Hands-on test lab experience
configuring lab equipment, knowledge of test plans and executing test cases to
verify product technical requirements and operation.

-
Familiar with various testing
equipments like IXIA, Test Center, SMB or N2x

-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills

Preferred
Experience

-
A good QA process background
and have a technical background in switching/xPON/DSLAM technologies with an
understanding of protocols including IP, Multicast, Qos, IGMP

-
Strong in debugging,
troubleshooting and problem solving

-
Passion for quality and
excellent testing aptitude
