In this
position you will be responsible for the testing of CPE devices incorporating
VOIP and extended applications.



Responsibilities

Develop the test plan for CPE
products

Develop testing programs to
measure and verify sub-system function/capacity

Automate test suite

-
Give support in field testing
and multi-site development

Lead a small testing project

Education

-
BS degree in Electrical
Engineering/Computer Engineering

MSEE degree preferred

Minimum Experience

-
3+ years experience in
automation and home gateway testing/development.

-
In depth knowledge of H.323/SIP

-
Knowledge of PBXs, Gateways and
Gatekeepers

-
Knowledge and experience with
SIP server setup/maintenance, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN and wireless

-
Knowledge and experience with
voice quality test

-
Experience with Lua, C/C++,
Tcl, Perl and Python

-
Fluent verbal and written
English

Preferred
Experience

-
Ideal candidate will have
experience in VOIP or media-gateway testing

-
Experience with CTC HGU and AP
products will be a plus.

Experience with Spirent Abacus
will be a plus
