Summary of the Role / 核心工作:
Automotive interior trim and design
汽车的内饰设计工作
Main responsibilities / 主要职责:
1. Engineering Design of interior trim parts such as Dashboard, center console, door trim etc.
1. 汽车内饰方面的设计工作，比如仪表板，中控台，车门内饰等
2. Follow the development and improve constantly the parts from first draft until mass production
2. 从初稿到量产整个开发过程，不断改进和提高相应部件
3. Prepare of related technical documents
3. 编写相关技术文档
4. Coordinate projects with involved surrounding departments in Germany and Shanghai
4. 与德国公司和上海公司相关部门协调和沟通
Qualifications / 资历要求:
1. BS degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
1. 本科学历，机械工程设计或者汽车工程专业
2. At least 2 years experience in engineering design of interior parts (directly at OEM is an asset, if no OEM experience, at least practical experience working on projects for a car OEM
)
2. 至少2年以上汽车内饰设计工作经验（最好是OEM整装厂的经验，即使不是也要求是整装厂的T1供应商的相关经验）
3. Automotive project management background and cooperation experience
3. 具有汽车方面的专业知识和组织协调方面的经验
4. Minimum 2 years continuous experience in design using CATIA V5
4. 非常熟悉Catia 5 汽车设计软件，至少2年连续使用经验
5. Very good English skills, German is an add on
5. 非常精通英语，会德语者优先考虑
6. Interested to work in an international project environment
6. 有兴趣工作在一个国际化的工作环境当中
