Provide HSE training for newcomers, employees and contractors.

职位要求：
Very good practical experience in managing HSE and QA/QC system for the company
有非常好的管理公司HSE及质量控制的实践经验
Should be capable of leading a team of HSE QA/QC personnel
有能力管理好公司的安全、质量控制体系人员
Should preferably know insulation business, have experience in Petrochemical, Oil&Gas, Power plant industries.
熟悉保温相关业务，有石化、石油天然气或发电厂行业相关经验者为佳
Must be conversant with local HSE laws, regulations and norms
熟悉当地相关安全法律，法规及规范
Have good experiences in ISO system (ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001) execution
有很好的运行ISO体系的经验
Certified Satefy Engineer certificate is preferable
有注册安全工程师证为佳
Can read/write English
Should be capable of leading a team of HSE QA/QC personnel
