PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
－Trouble shoot problems, training of users, installation/upgrade of new hardware/software
－Coordinate with vendors to solve problems
－Routine administration of computer system, LAN & servers
－Housekeeping of hard-disks, backups, updating of virus signature file, etc
－Document management: software licenses and media, manuals, warranties, maintenance contracts, etc
－Other tasks assigned by IT manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
－3 years or above IT supports Experience.
－Be familiar with Windows 7/ XP and Office 2003/2007/2010
Formal education or equivalent教育背景
－College/university degrees major in IT related major.
Skills技能
－MCSE Certificated IT professional Engineer
－Good English communication skill
