一.主要工作职责
1.协助总经理做好重要文件的翻译及整理，并提供翻译服务。
Assisting Managing Director to translate and organize important documents,providing translation services.

2.根据总经理的指示，为CND（内销部）的来访客人做好接待准备工作。
According instructions of Managing Director, properly arrangements for the reception of the CND guests.

3.协助市场部做好CND大型展览会、销售店会议等重大活动的组织和落实。
Assisting marketing department for implementation of CND large exhibitions, sales conference and major activities.

4.协助CND开展公共关系活动，维护公司信誉和形象及知名度。
Assisting CND for public relations activities to maintain company reputation and awareness.

5.根据CND的实际情况，协助总经理协调好与其他部门的关系，保证CND高效运营。
According actual situation of CND, assisting Managing Director to coordinate with other departments, ensuring CND operate smoothly and efficiently.

6.根据工作需要，参加重要会议并做好会议记录。
Participating in important meetings and performing meeting record when needed.
二.技能要求
1.优秀英语口语(8級)及书面表达能力。
Good command of Spoken and written English.
2.熟练掌握Office软件，如excel, word, ppt.
Excellent in software including excel, word and ppt
三.任职资格
1.3年以上文秘工作经。
Min. 3 years of secretarial experience.
2.条理清楚，组织能力强，善于业务开拓。.

Also, the factory has developed a direct business-to-business relationship with OEM customers located primarily in USA and Europe.
