ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Promote Valspar coatings particular on Bev End segment
- Understand customer's structure and their business
- Identify new potential customer and take proper actions to acquire
- Achieve the sales target assigned
- Manage accounts receivables and cost to serve
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers as per customer demand
- Supervise line trials for new products, following specified trial processes and documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities, report and track until commercialize
- To conduct technical audit of customers coating lines as and when required
- To conduct trouble-shooting on line application & coatings materials
- Coordinate and cooperate as a team for group accounts/international accounts
- To carry out special tasks or assignments as act deemed necessary by the General Manager
- A back up to other segment deemed necessary
- Understand competitor activities in the region and report
- Highly mobile with approximate 70% of domestic travelling.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in packaging coatings, packaging or aluminum sheet producers
- Technical sales or business development
- Technical Service experience preferred
- Working experience in MNC is preferred
- Project management experience a plus


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Chemistry, or packaging
- Proper training in technical selling/value based selling is a strong plus

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Office
