主要工作内容、职责如下：

1. 严格按照公司要求接听来电

2. 日常访客接待

3. 根据上司日程表的安排及时提醒上司各项工作布置及变化

4. 安排、协调公司内或与外部来访人员的会议并准备相关会议资料

5. 维护保管公司各种文件，报告，函件等

6. 协助管理并订购日常办公用品及设备等行政事务

7. 协助公司员工国内外出差行程安排

8. 协助完成管理层交待的其他事务

9. 为公司财务部，人力资源部工作提供必要支持

岗位要求:

1. 外语或行政管理专业本科在校生

2. 优秀的英语听说读写能力

3. 能熟练使用相关办公软件

4. 工作细致、认真、有责任心，能迅速协调好突发事件及日常的跨部门合作
