职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

? Understand business needs and talent acquisition
? Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
? Develop and optimize recruiting process to improve effectiveness in recruiting function.
? Assist in setting up and optimize HR Processes.
? Being employee resources in terms of employee inquiries, information sharing
? Understand employees thinking and feedback.
? Develop retention program and build up good employee relationship.
? Assist in develop plan and tranining program roll out
? Other temporary assignments.

Requirements
? Bachelor degree in Human Resource, training or related areas.
? At least 5 years working experience in multinational company in different HR areas, experience as HR Generalist is preferred.
? Familiar with HR processes.
? Familiar with HR policies and practices.
? Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English
? Open character and easy going.
