1. Be able to talk and work in English or German language.
2.Know well about the performance for most of the machines in market.
3.Be able to fully understand the mechanical drawings.
4.Be familia with the working field and the processing of casting, welding and machining.
5.know well about the situation close to Suzhou for the manufactures.
6.At least five years working experence.
7.Develope and audit for new suppliers
8.Order management for all the mechanical parts
9.Negotiate and solve the technical problem during the machining process
10.Tracking and control the timing and schedule
