职位描述：
岗位职责
1、完成事业部无锡工厂的损益、库存、减值等经营类财务分析；
2、完成事业部无锡工厂的各类管理报表，确保其准确性与合理性；
3、管理和完善事业部无锡工厂的各项业务流程，确保流程的有效性，避免存在内控风险；
4、支持事业部的各项经营活动，配合其进行精细化的业务管理，与事业部保持密切联系；
5、提供定价支持，帮助业务部门进行客户询价；以及关键项目执行成本的分析
6、配合管理层完成年度以及季度预算， 并追踪和分析实际经营结果和预算的差异。
6、其他来自事业部的需求以及对工厂的管理要求。

任职资格
1、财务管理、会计学等财务类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、外企工业企业财务分析或成本核算分析岗位两年年或以上工作经验；
3、优秀的Excel操作能力，能力熟练的运用Excel进行各项分析；
4、较强的求知欲与学习能力，良好的语言表达及沟通协调能力；

流体控制事业部
WEIR流体控制部门设计并制造阀门，泵和涡轮，并且为全球的发电，一般工业，石油和天然气产业提供专业支持服务。
