Responsibilities:
1. To integrate, record and follow up the clinic and Doctor or administrative department project, follow up with meeting agenda and in coordinate and assist with department as needed.
负责整合、记录并跟进诊所及医生提出的任务及会议的跟进事项，与各部
门沟通协助行政助理的职责。
2. To be in charge of clinic related contract document preparation ，maintenance, keep tracking contract status make sure the contract are within valid period and coordinate with related depart for the completion of the contract approval process.
负责诊所相关的合同的准备工作、 保留附件、跟踪合同是否在有效期内以及与相关科
室沟通完成合同审批工作。
3. To follow up with documents issue and receiving, keep administrative documentation in a well organized location as well as keep organize the file in BJU Data folder..
负责本部门管理文件的递送、跟踪及归档，并在医院的内部文件管理系统中做好文件整理 归档工作。
4. To prepare clinic related meeting schedule, meeting agenda, coordinate with meeting venue and keep meeting minutes for the follow up.
负责诊所的会议前准备工作、安排会议地点、召集会议及做好会议纪录。
5. Assist administrative department for translation supporting, PPT and some of the excel sheet, word document preparation.
协助行政部门的翻译工作， 演示稿及表格等文件的准备。
6. Other regular and or temporary jobs assigned by clinic.
根据诊所安排的执行其他日常及临时性工作。
任职资格:
Qualifications:
? College or University Degree
大专以上学历。
4 years or above secretarial experience
4年双语环境的相关岗位工作经验
Knowledge and Skills:
?Fluent English and Chinese
熟练的英语和中文。
?Excellent World, Excel, PowerPoint skills, World, Excel, PowerPoint
熟练使用等办公软件。
?Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力。
?Good documents organization skills
良好的文档管理能力。
?Professional and good personality
