职位描述：
THE POSITION: HR & Admin Specialist
Location: Shanghai
Report to: HR & Admin. Manager


YOUR TASKS:

1. HR:
- Assist HR manager to provide daily HR support involving recruitment, training, C&B, performance management, staffing related.
- Implement and control staff benefits like social welfare, commercial medical insurance,
  C&B cost etc.
- Handle official documents like employment and residence permits as well as visa
  applications for expatriate and travel affairs
- Maintain and update employees information on a frequent basis

2. Administration:
- Handle all affairs referring to the building, interior furnishing and equipment
- Administrative responsibility for lease contracts, shuttle bus, room cleaning and security management
- Other necessary administrative support assigned by HR & Admin. Manager.


YOUR PROFILE:
- College degree or above majored in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant
- Min. 3 years working experience in HR, experience in multinational company preferred
- Experienced in Chinese Labour Law and related regulations, HR recruitment, additional knowledge in C&B and training is preferred
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
