Sales Support Specialist
Location: Shanghai
Report to: China Managing Director
Key Focus:
Receive and processes routine customer inquiries, and assist sales to fulfill the LTO process for all GBUs. Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers. Use knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to the customer. Play a pivotal role in supporting sales functions including preparing and achieving bidding and sales documents, analyzing sales data, and also supporting major customer events.
Responsibilities:
? Timely prepare bidding documents and sales documents required by customers.
? Sales Contract, PO coordination including, chopping, filing etc.,
? Weekly collect, graph, and analyze sales KPI data as requested by the sales managers
? Master of using internal sales system, provide training and support on SFDC.
? Act as a liaison between sales and CSR teams and bridge the gap for any tasks required in the order fulfillment process
? Filing and achieving all sales literature and document electronically and physically
? Manage the agent/distributor database
? Miscellaneous support based on internal sales, customer service and external customers’ request.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in business and related field
? Well-versed in spread sheet or the other data and word processing tools
? Familiar with SAP and the other commercial ERM and CRM platforms
? Good communication skill
? Good language skill
? Good sense of compliance, code of conduct etc.,
? Experience with event planning a plus
