职位描述：
1. Building up, lead and maintain professional workshop for the supply & assembly or prototype tools for the TTMs in ADS. Including own area for the assembly, storage of prototype parts, and network with P88T for re-work activities on machines from P88.
2. Establishing and maintain external (PT suppliers) and internal (HEG & P4 workshop) supply network for prototype parts. Manage the needs for the various TTMs.
3. Accountable for following tasks regarding prototype tools:
Supply of all necessary prototype parts according drawings/BOM
Establish and maintain stock of common and frequently used parts (e.g. screws, …)
Professional assembly of prototype tools and necessary safety checks (e.g. electrical safety)
Change-over of tools used (e.g. in tests or new components)
Establish proper documentation on all assemblies/change-overs (e.g. machine book)
Manage storage area for prototype tools of running TTMs
4. Manage close link to BU departments (e.g. development) and test located in ADS, but also in HEG/HAG, as well as to P88 departments (e.g. P88T for line design depending on PT assembly experience)

1. Technical college or university graduate (mechanical engineering) with 5+ years hands-on experience in an workshop/maintencance department in an industrial environment
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
3. In depth hands-on experience on precise machining (milling, turning, …) & assembly
4. Experience with electrical components and equipment and technical drawings (e.g. CAD)
5. Basic experience with CAD software, ideally NX.
6. Anlytical and organisatoric skills
7. PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications
8. Mid/-long-term commitment with Hilti (at least 5 years) and on this position.
9. The candidate must be mature, initiative, independent and proactive
10. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
11. Experience to work with European or/and overseas technicians
12. The person must be an absolute team player
13. Open minded for changes and new experiences
