Position: Key Account Manager PKG South - PPA Group
Report to: Key Account Sales Manager, PKG China
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
Take full responsibility for Sales on KA Accounts within assigned area to meet sales target.


Job Responsibilities:
Key Account Sales of PKG equipment in South China;
Be responsible for final result of sales, including sales revenue, A/R, customer satisfaction etc.
Strategy making for key account sales and service.
Develop and strength the relationship with key account customers.
Organize the sale and service activity aiming at the key account customers.
Build up good and long-term relationship with focused accounts;
Prepare and conduct product presentations, product demonstrations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Take full responsibility to customer suggestions for improvement according to current products and services, as well as ideas for new products and services.
Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
Share products knowledge and gain experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.

Work Experience:
At least 5 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment account sales/marketing, Key account sales working experience in MNC is preferred.

工作概述
负责华南地区包装大客户的开发、维护和销售,完成公司的销售任务。

工作职责
包装华南地区大客户的销售工作。
加强与维护与大客户的长期关系。
制定对大客户的销售、服务策略。
开拓和加强与大客户各个层面的客户关系。
组织针对大客户的营销和服务活动。
跟踪分析销售结果,催收应收账款、提高用户满意等。
准备和进行产品介绍,产品演示,并参与营销和推广活动。
充分合理的采纳大客户对当前的产品和服务改良建议,?及对新产品和服务的要求。
评估和分析销售活动,保证销售的成功。
了解分析客户的需求和竞争对手的活动,实现和保持在市场上的竞争优势。
与客户和其他员工通过知识分享会等,客户培训班分享产品的知识和积累的经验。
与其他地区和部门的同事,作为一个团队友好工作。
上级分配的其他项目和工作内容。

职位要求

学历
本科学历,机械电子工程等相关专业。

工作经验
至少5年以上相关经验,销售固定设备、有跨国公司大客户管理工作经验者优先考虑。
