Position: Sales Engineer PKG South - PPA Group
Report to: Sales Manager PKG South & West Region - PPA Group
Location: Guangzhou
Job Summary
Promote and sell the Packaging equipment and services in Packaging industry within the south of China, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Education
University degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment sales/marketing, working experience in MNC is preferred.
Other Qualifications
Good at English in verbal and oral,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills.
Strong analytical and Computer Skills.
Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented.
