工作领域和职责

－根据公司的要求，定义和控制机器装配的过程

－为装配设计相关的工装夹具

－编写和更新作业指导书

－测定装配标准工作时间

－维护并更新明细表

－负责相关的技术文件管理，如图纸，物料清单，作业指导书等

－负责工程技术的变更实施

－负责产品零部件的本地化（选择合格的供应商，评估并放行样品）

－负责产品质量的控制和改进

知识和技能：

？本科以上学历，主修电气专业

？英语口头和书面流利熟练

？工作注重细节，能够在压力下工作

？良好的计算机技能，熟练应用办公软件MS－Office，Outlook，

熟练应用CAD

？有SAP经验优先考虑

？具备UL和CE，CSA 相关知识

？有数控机床电气部分装配经验

？有至少3年的制造工程经验（包括自动化机器，设备加工，装配）

？具备SPC，FMEA，5S知识

？对精益生产有基本了解

？良好的零部件本地化经验

？在产品质量和过程控制方面有较好经验

Responsibilities:
· Define and control the machinery assembly process according to SOM requirements
· Design tools and fixtures for the processing of assembly components
· Write and update work instruction
· Measure the standard working time
· Maintain the BOM
· Manage the technical documents like drawings, BOM and work instruction
· Implement engineering changes
· Support the localization (select qualified suppliers and release of the samples)
· Responsible for quality control and improvement



Requirements:
· At least 3 years experience in multinational companies in an engineering role in manufacturing including automated machines, equipment machining, assembly
· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical
· Knowledge of SAP R/3 would be of advantage
· Knowledge with UL and CE
· Knowledge of assembly for CNC machines
· Knowledge of SPC, FMEA and 5S
· Good understanding of lean manufacturing process
· Good experience with localization of the parts
· Knowledge of quality control
· Positive and willing to work in details, able to perform under pressure
· Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, ProEngineer and CAD
· Mature, independent, meticulous, committed, structured and a good team player
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment
· Available immediately or within a short period
· Candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
