职位描述：

l 每日对班组长递交的生产报表进行汇总分析。

l 根据销售需求，合理安排生产，并有效控制部门员工的加班工时。

l 负责管理区域内原材料的统计并及时申请补充。

l 协助生产主管通过数据收集、统计、分析，有效控制生产运行指标，包括生产效率、返工、降级、报废率，并通过改进，持续优化生产，提高生产运行指标。

l 与生产配合的相关部门进行协调，保证生产任务的顺利完成。

l 及时处理在生产过程中出现的问题,并及时向直属主管(生产主管)汇报。

l 定期与部门内的生产班组长及员工进行工作上的沟通。

l 定期对管理区域内出现的问题进行汇总并形成报告组织改善。

l 对生产现场5S的检查，并督促班组长加强管理。

l 负责部门人员岗位技能培训，并通过合适途径，持续提高员工操作技能。组织品质和安全部门对部门人员进行质量、安全培训，并监督培训的有效性。

l 完成上级下达的其他各项任务。

任职要求

l 大专或以上学历。

l 具有三年同岗位工作经验。

l 具备生产现场管理能力。

l 接受过ISO体系培训。

l 工作认真细致，原则性强，有良好的协调能力。

l 熟悉微软办公软件。
