职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、协助上级掌握人力资源状况；管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续以及员工的考勤工资福利结算；
2、拟订公司规章制度，起草公司相关文件。
3、在总经理指导下，处理公司日常运行所需的一切行政事务。
4、认真记录公司日常进出账务，做好与会计公司对接账务。
5、员工档案数据库信息的更新和维护等事项。
6、负责公司招聘事宜，包括一般的文件辅助工性工作，比如招聘信息的收集，招聘岗位空缺和职位说明的整理。
7、发布招聘信息。
8、电话通知面试。
9、组织安排面试，笔试。
10、通知复试的时间地点。
11、整理和设计招聘广告等。
12、完成总经理交代的其他事宜。

任职要求：
1、23-30岁，有1年以上的行政管理或人力资源管理工作经验，有猎头经验更好；
2、大学本科以上学历；
3、为人正直诚实，有很好的职业素养；工作耐心, 细致, 有条理，有责任心；
4、熟练使用office办公软件，办公自动化设备；
5、有良好的沟通能力和亲和力，良好的学习能力及接受能力，执行力强；
6、善于处理流程性事务、思维逻辑缜密，有良好的学习能力和独立工作能力。
