职位描述：
Primary quality contact for SBU to align improvement needs, give feedback, and agree on
priorities. Drive improvement initiatives.
Provide training and ensure compliance across the organization for customer quality
processes (customer complaint management system / Spec review/ score cards, surveys)
Propose improvement to customer quality customer quality(CQ) processes based on regional feedback
Drive regional initiatives to reduce customer complaints
Manage customer portals information flow and user admin in the region
Report on customer quality (CQ) metrics and support data analysis to define opportunities for improvement

职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above in chemical major
At least five (5) years working experience in Chemical/Electrical/Auto filed
