职位描述：
Assisting in scanning and archiving all documents from 3rd party
Assisting in filling drafts, checks, payment requests
Filing all customs sheet and properly logging them in the sheet from the Logistics team
Supporting for some audit work assigned by managers
Supporting month end closing payment clearance assigned by treasury team
Working with bank for some queries or take some statement every month
Handle some easy communication with internal staff
Assisting reimbursement auditing work during peak/closing seasons
Handling some ad-hoc work from associates or managers

Requirements:
Junior students from university majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Be able to read and write in English for some emails
Stress handling during closing month
Can work at least 3 days per week 举报 分享
