ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow customers’ needs and orders; collect payments timely to complete customers’ orders; ensure customer satisfaction.
跟踪客户需求及订单,及时催款回款完成订单合同。保证客户满意度。
2. Coordinate with customers, warehouse and logistics to arrange goods Custom Clearance, tax payment, delivery and etc.
协调客户,仓库及物流;及时安排货物清关,付税及发货。
3. Follow the shipments to different ports and update the shipping status to Manager and Customers; assist financial department to arrange the duty vat payment in time due to the ETA date of different shipments.
跟踪不同港口的货物船期,及时更新货物状态给到客户及经理;根据货物预计到港时间协助财务部门及时安排关税增值税的支付,保证货物到港之后及时清关送货
4. Maintain the Purchasing Module, Sales Module and Stock Module of ERP system due to invoices from Vendor and orders from Customers.
根据从供应商处收到的发票及客户的订单,维护更新公司ERP系统的采购模块,销售模块及仓存模块
5. Update the sales report and stock list weekly and monthly; provide effective reference information to manager in order to keep a proper stock level.
根据客户订单及回款情况更新并发送销售周报/销售月报给经理;提供有效的库存参考信息,协助经理保证合理的库存水平
6. Provide after-sales service to different customers timely.
及时为客户提供必要的售后服务
7. Travel might be required.
可能需要出差
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelors or above.
本科及以上
2. Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
流利的英文听说读写能力
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
熟练各种常用办公软件
4. 1-4 years working experience; Customer Relations experience or Distributor Management experience preferred.
1~4年工作经验。有客户关系管理或经销商管理经验的优先。
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. Fast learner.
能够积极主动的独立完成工作。快速学习工作所需的各种知识。
6. Willing to travel due to needs.
可适应偶尔出差。
7. Energetic in studying and working, and strong sense of responsibility
精力充沛,责任感强
8. Can master cross functional work due to needs.
